Evidence Project

The Pew Charitable Trusts’ evidence project catalyzes collective action among philanthropies, public funding agencies, and a diverse array of leaders in government, academia, and civil society to close the gap between research and outcomes.

The Impact Funders Forum hosts a global conference series that helps close  the gap between research and real-world solutions. Conferences bring together a broad range of experts studying, implementing, and institutionalizing innovative strategies for connecting research to the needs of people and communities and improving how research is translated and used.

Representing a wide array of issue areas and approaches, participants identify emerging trends, spotlight promising practices, and coordinate on shared opportunities. The series creates a dedicated space for learning and collaboration, helping identify effective ways to turn research into results and support promising solutions that can be expanded more widely.
