On March 23, 2023, The Pew Charitable Trusts sent a memo to state broadband offices that are participating in Pew’s broadband education and training initiative, comparing the key components of “broadband-ready community” programs in Colorado, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. The memo includes profiles of each state’s designated communities and analyses of the participating counties.
