Research

1) We want to understand how proteins control membrane dynamics.2) We aim to reconstitute regulated membrane fusion and membrane fission, in vitro, from pure components. 3) I recently joined the laboratory of Hays S. Rye, PhD, at Texas A&M, to learn how to use burst analysis spectroscopy to monitor membrane dynamics at the single particle level, in real time.
