Research

My laboratory studies the coordination of proliferation and cell fate specification during central nervous system development. Our work includes research related to:

Coordination of proliferation and differentiation during neurogenesis
Retinal disease and stem cell based therapies
Retinoblastoma and targeted chemotherapy
Pediatric solid malignancies
High throughput screening and drug discovery
Computational approaches to analyze complex image data sets
