Pew Center on the States Managing Director Sue Urahn discusses Pew report finding that states face a trillion dollar shortfall in pensions and other retiree benefits. "The Trillion Dollar Gap," released February, 2010, shows need for strong state action to pay for employees' retirement benefits or taxpayers will suffer later.
